My Story

I am a native of Jackson, TN and live in Douglasville, GA.  I am parent of 3 beautiful children along with a 3 year old granddaughter! I received my dual degrees, BS in Psychology and BSSW from Tennessee State University in 2001. I completed the Advance Standing MSW program in Clinical Social Work with a specialty in School Social Work from the University of TN, Knoxville in 2003. I am currently pursuing my Ed.D in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Special Education at Tennessee State University. Overall, I have 30+ years experience working in healthcare and I'm passionate about my profession and empowering others!
